What is convertRichText actually used for? I have a script that uses this function, but I can't find any documentation on this function in the DXL manual. Is it used to convert text into rich text or the other way around?

Sorry about that. I just found its definition within a .inc file. The function actually takes a richText element looking for underline, italic, bold, etc. and makes it html compatible values.
